Free Chamber Music Post #3

To my friends and colleagues in instrumental music, this is the third in a series of free chamber music pieces that I am making available. This original work “Morning Walk (A view from a Princess)” is my impression of the world from our 17 year old dog Princess (all 8 pounds of her!). The piece is about two minutes in length, and the technical range should be very comfortable for most mid-level musicians. Unfortunately, the low brass parts did not translate well so only treble parts are available. There is a percussion part available, and the players are invited to experiment with different sound suggestions to accompany the winds. As I recognize the challenges ahead in the fall, the need for ensemble music for chamber groups may be vital. Please share this post with your network of friends teaching instrumental music. If you are able to use it, please let me know so that we might share the good work of your students on my Facebook page. Best wishes!
