The sum of a year of programming for bands should look back into our wonderful history of repertoire, celebrate under-programmed works and composers, and look forward to new works that bring out the best in our skills as conductors and the development of student musicians.
When students are put in the best possible position for success and the honor band festival goes really well – the directors deserve a large part of the credit for the good work they do EVERY day!
