SHINE! is a grade 4 work for high school concert band or wind ensemble.
SHINE! was originally completed in 2009. The most prominent feature of the work is the 7/8 meter found throughout the various sections of music. A variety of themes emerge in each section of the ensembles well suited to the strength of the particular instrument that performs it. Regardless of meter or themes, every section of the ensemble is required to “shine” in some way. SHINE! is intended to be used as a concert opener.

Purchase of this work authorizes the buyer to download a complete performance set, non-transferable site license, and performance and broadcast rights for one year from the date of purchase. The purchase also permits for duplication of parts to meet the instrumentation needs of the buyer’s ensemble.
